What you'd actually do

  1. Lead: You’ll demonstrate compassion and commitment to inclusivity as you lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads.
  2. Operate: With your thumb on the pulse of all outcomes for your team, you will be directly responsible for driving results in one or more specific focus areas or a specific shift for your site.
  3. Strategize: Within the focus area(s) assigned by your Site Manager, you’ll analyze data and make strategic recommendations and execute actions regarding resource allocation, workflow, warehouse organization and when to engage cross-functional partners.
  4. Delight: We are customer-obsessed. You’ll coach and empower your team to provide a highly quality customer experience with every order.
