What you'd actually do

  1. You’ll demonstrate compassion and commitment to inclusivity as you lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads.
  2. With your thumb on the pulse of all outcomes for your team, you will be directly responsible for driving results in one or more specific focus areas or a specific shift for your site.
  3. Within the focus area(s) assigned by your Site Manager, you’ll analyze data and make strategic recommendations and execute actions regarding resource allocation, workflow, warehouse organization and when to engage cross-functional partners.

  • Flexibility in schedule, including late-night and weekend hours.
