Assistant Store Manager

Oversee retail store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure customers experience AT&T's services, entertainment, and technology. This role involves partnering with a store manager to manage daily operations, merchandising, product launches, meeting sales objectives, and providing an extraordinary customer experience. It also includes outreach and promotional activities, coaching sales consultants, and problem-solving.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
  2. Assisting with merchandising and product launches.
  3. Helping to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  4. Ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
  5. Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off site events as needed.
