Visa is seeking a part-time Receptionist - Assistant Office Manager in Munich, Germany. This role involves front-of-house duties, administrative support, managing office supplies, and preparing meeting rooms. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy, international office environment, strong communication skills, and advanced English and German.

What you'd actually do

  1. Greet visitors, handle mail and courier services
  2. Provide basic administrative support to the Office Manager Munich on routine tasks when necessary
  3. take care of office supplies and help prepare meeting rooms for client meetings and coordinate catering orders

Skills

Required

  • Experience of admin and office management in very busy and international environment, covering regional activities, and regional offices
  • Experience in supporting facilities for other Offices/Hospitality/Executive Assistance
  • Experience cooperating with the senior stakeholders
  • Great communication skills
  • working under the pressure
  • English and German on Advanced level at least
