What you'd actually do

  1. In the designated region, achieve target sales for designated products, market share, and growth rate, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses
  2. Develop and implement a visit plan for healthcare institutions according to the company's specified coverage and frequency, and implement it
  3. Use appropriate promotion skills and effectively utilize product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including handling problems) to healthcare institutions, so that they understand and accept the characteristics and benefits of the product
  4. Maintain a high level of professional visits, continuously improve the satisfaction of healthcare institutions, and establish long-term good cooperative communication relationships
  5. Explore the potential of the existing market and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of the company's product market share
