What you'd actually do

  1. Support development and execution of the product roadmap for Employee Relations & Exit, aligned to enterprise HR vision and portfolio priorities.
  2. Translate business needs, policy requirements, and user insights into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized enhancements across employee relations workflows, case management, and exit processes.
  3. Own assigned features or capabilities, supporting prioritization decisions and monitoring success metrics related to case handling, completion, experience, efficiency, data quality, compliance, and service performance.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional work across Product Delivery, Experience Design, Data, Engineering, Employee Relations, Global Services, Contact Center, and HR Operations to deliver assigned product outcomes.
  5. Manage backlog inputs, dependency tracking, delivery sequencing, and issue resolution for assigned capabilities.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, HR technology, digital product delivery, or related roles
  • 2 years of HR or HR-adjacent experience
