This role is for an Associate Account Director in digital advertising, focusing on revenue growth and strategic client relationships within Tier 1 accounts in Thailand and Vietnam. The position involves acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, developing account roadmaps, and collaborating with product management to drive platform enhancements. It requires a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and consultative sales experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive revenue growth across a Tier 1 account portfolio in Thailand and Vietnam, with full accountability for commercial outcomes
  2. Articulate the strategic value of The Trade Desk platform to senior client and agency stakeholders. Translating technical capability into business outcomes, not just product demonstrations.
  3. Act as a strategic advisor to senior marketing and agency stakeholders - challenging client thinking, shaping long-term investment strategy, and holding yourself accountable to their business outcomes, not just their campaign KPIs.
  4. Develop long-term account roadmaps and joint business plans with Tier 1 clients, anchoring the relationship to multi-year commercial outcomes rather than campaign-by-campaign activity.
  5. Build and maintain senior-level relationships across client and agency organizations. Engaging decision-makers at CMO, regional, and global level.
