Associate Account Manager for Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) focused on helping strategic brands grow their business on Amazon by developing and executing growth strategies, managing vendor relationships, and analyzing business performance. The role involves providing guidance on selection, promotions, and growth, monitoring success metrics, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze business performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights to improve overall business performance.
  2. Drive local and EU supply-chain operational excellence initiatives by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and by managing stock in our Fulfilment Centre.
  3. Provide recommendations for the brand’s marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic, and improve conversion.
  4. Help grow selection by managing the launch of new products and improving discoverability.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience working in an external client-facing environment
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in local language and English (both minimum C1 level)

Nice to have

  • Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
  • Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in French, Spanish, German or Italian
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a client/vendor-facing environment
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and business areas quickly
  • Experience using generative AI tools in a professional or academic context, with willingness to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs
  • Ability to respectfully challenge ideas and advocate for the best customer outcome
