Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field—or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to persuade, educate, and handle objections
  • High comfort level with phone‑based outreach, cold calling, and structured pipelines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
