Associate Account Manager UK – Vacation Rental Partnerships

This role is for an Associate Account Manager focused on Vacation Rental Partnerships for the UK market. The primary responsibility is to ensure the competitiveness and attractiveness of vacation rental supply on Expedia Group's platforms by working with property owners and managers to optimize their performance, improve booking conversions, and promote self-service tools. The role involves establishing performance goals, developing action plans, and educating partners on platform features. It requires fluent English, proven sales experience, and strong commercial and relationship management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Associate Account Managers´ primary responsibility is to ensure that our UK vacation rental supply is competitive, attractive, and relevant for Vrbo and EG's fast-growing global traveler base.
  2. You will work hand-in-hand with UK Property Owners and Property Managers to improve performance by coaching and influencing partners to take actions to improve booking conversion.
  3. You will Consistently exceed the mark on metrics and have a history of strong performance in your current role (ideally in sales/commercial role).
  4. You will establish performance goals with partners, develop action plans and secure commitment for adoption/usage of EG tools.
  5. You optimize content, rates and availability to maximize booking conversion.

Skills

Required

  • Fluent English speaker
  • Proven experience in sales (account management and/or business development)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
