Skills

Required

  • Two to four years of experience in account management, client services, or sales
  • Strong commercial instincts and a challenger mindset
  • Proven ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing structured outbound outreach while balancing volume with quality
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem solving

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar CRM and business intelligence tools
  • Experience in vacation rentals, travel technology, or marketplace platforms
