Uber Eats Japan is hiring an Associate Acquisition Account Executive to expand its presence in the competitive Japanese market. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle for high-potential restaurant partners, from initial contact to onboarding and initial growth support. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and contributing to product/process improvements based on feedback. The ideal candidate has end-to-end sales experience, strong execution skills, excellent communication in Japanese, and business acumen.

What you'd actually do

  1. 優先度の高いレストランパートナー候補に対し、初回コンタクトから契約、稼働、初期成長支援までの営業サイクルを一貫して担当
  2. 各店舗の課題や目標を理解し、Uber Eatsの価値提案を最適な形で伝えることで強固な関係を構築
  3. 東京・大阪・地方都市など、担当エリアを戦略的に分析し、高インパクトな新規開拓機会を特定
  4. オペレーション、マーケティング、アカウントマネジメントチームと連携し、スムーズなオンボーディングを支援
  5. データやツールを活用し、リード管理・優先順位設定・フォローアップ・パイプライン運営を効率的に実行

Skills

Required

  • End-to-end sales experience
