Associate Acquisition Account Executive for Uber Eats Japan, responsible for the full sales cycle of acquiring new restaurant partners, from initial contact to onboarding and initial growth support. This role involves strategic market analysis, building strong relationships, and contributing to product/process improvements based on feedback.

What you'd actually do

  1. 優先度の高いレストランパートナー候補に対し、初回コンタクトから契約、稼働、初期成長支援までの営業サイクルを一貫して担当
  2. 各店舗の課題や目標を理解し、Uber Eatsの価値提案を最適な形で伝えることで強固な関係を構築
  3. 東京・大阪・地方都市など、担当エリアを戦略的に分析し、高インパクトな新規開拓機会を特定
  4. オペレーション、マーケティング、アカウントマネジメントチームと連携し、スムーズなオンボーディングを支援
  5. データやツールを活用し、リード管理・優先順位設定・フォローアップ・パイプライン運営を効率的に実行

Skills

Required

  • End-to-end sales experience: ability to handle the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closing independently.
  • High execution and persistence: ability to achieve results without giving up even when facing challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to explain and negotiate confidently in Japanese.
  • Sales and business acumen: ability to tailor proposals to different partners, from individual restaurants to chain companies.

Nice to have

  • B2B sales, partnership, or business development experience (approx. 2-4 years)
  • Experience in the tech industry, hospitality industry, or FMCG industry is preferred
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency and basic English skills (reading and writing)
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese food and beverage industry and culture
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales experience in a KPI-driven environment
  • Ability to act autonomously towards individual and team goal achievement
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail
