This role supports the strategy development for the Netflix Ads Product Platform, acting as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders. It involves opportunity sizing, modeling financial impacts of new products, and developing metrics for product performance and revenue generation. The ideal candidate has experience in strategy, product management, or related analytical roles, with a preference for knowledge of the streaming advertising and ad tech ecosystem.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting the development of the Netflix Ads Product Platform strategy.
  2. Acting as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders, including Product and Ads leaders.
  3. Opportunity sizing and driving clarity around the business impact of our product initiatives. Providing strategic guidance on the right impact frameworks and levers.
  4. Modeling the financial impact of proposed new products and integrations. Working with colleagues on the Financial Planning and Analysis team to ensure that these changes are reflected in our financial forecast.
  5. Preparing clear and concise presentation materials for stakeholders in small and large forums.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, product management, investment banking, management consulting, business operations, or similar analytical roles
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and successfully drive cross-functional alignment
  • Strong data modeling skills
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts with varying degrees of detail depending on the forum
  • Very strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • deliver work under tight timelines

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of SQL
