This role is for an Associate Area Manager or Area Manager in the Cardiovascular MedTech Sales team at Johnson & Johnson. The primary responsibility is to drive sales and market development for the Impella® product line by promoting and selling to physicians and hospitals, identifying new customers, creating business plans, and leading clinical teams. The role requires significant experience in cardiovascular medical device sales and a proven track record in sales and team leadership within a medical setting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Promote & sell Impella® product line to established customers (physicians and Heart Teams including Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, and Administrators).
  2. Identify new customers (physicians and hospitals) and lead the efforts in activating new centers
  3. Create account/territory business plans and build programs
  4. Exceed sales for assigned territory
  5. Initiate Impella® development activities focused on increasing awareness in the market
