Associate Automotive Supervisor

This role supervises automotive technicians and assists management in maintaining a safe, reliable, and cost-efficient fleet of vehicles. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, monitoring repairs and expenses, managing vendor relationships, and performing facility audits.

What you'd actually do

  1. Schedules maintenance, monitors repairs, expenses and inventory levels, and checks vehicle performance and safety.
  2. Analyzes cost of labor hours, adheres to purchase limits, and follows expense approval procedures.
  3. Follows equipment disposal guidelines and develops replacement strategies.
  4. Participates in required webinars and workshops to evaluate proficiency in areas of responsibility and drive improvement.
  5. Participates in mentoring programs to enhance professional development.

Skills

Required

  • Technical knowledge of tools and methods to maintain and repair equipment and machinery
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
