Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Support data analysis and reporting to drive business decisions
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management
Assist in commercial projects such as sales performance tracking, pricing, and market analysis
Work cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and operations teams
Support process documentation and workflow improvements
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting
Support Commercial Excellence initiatives by assessing and implementing well established platforms in the local market
Drive adoption and usage among sales and marketing teams through training and engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Health, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Prior exposure to healthcare / pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- PowerPoint (strong storytelling and presentation skills)
- Familiarity with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) is a plus
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook)
