Associate role in Bank of America's Business Selection & Conflicts Group (BSC) within Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB). This group is the first point of contact for new business opportunities and potential conflicts of interest in investment banking. An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. conducting initial conflicts checks and collecting relevant details for new potential business opportunities
  2. monitoring business mandates and identifying issues that arise following initial conflicts clearance
  3. managing the deal teams’ inquiries and expectations regarding conflicts clearance outcomes and timing
  4. documenting and tracking all conflicts checks, status updates, key information, and deal documentation in BSC’s database
