Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) role in Johnson & Johnson MedTech, focusing on Electrophysiology. The position involves providing expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and lab staff on BWI's systems and catheter equipment during procedures, aiming to meet business goals. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP lab staff on the effective use of BWI’s systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO® System, associated software modules and RF generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography.
  2. Attend all portions of the ACAS fellowship training program without exception.
  3. Engage in dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders, and formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during training.
  4. Understand the dynamics of an EP lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.
  5. Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 40% overnight
  • Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardiac imaging
  • Technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and the business landscape
  • Advance-level computer skills
  • Ability to multitask without direct oversight

Nice to have

  • Electrophysiology (EP) experience
  • Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Cardiac Function & Interventional Technology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Informatics and/or Data Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Physics, or Technical Design
