This role is for an Associate Clinical Account Specialist in Electrophysiology (EP) within Johnson & Johnson MedTech. It's a training position for individuals with little to no EP experience, leading to a Clinical Account Specialist role. The primary focus is providing clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and staff on medical systems and equipment during procedures, with the goal of meeting business objectives. The role involves extensive training, understanding EP lab dynamics, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Attend all portions of the ACAS fellowship training program without exception.
  2. Engage in dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders, and formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during training.
  3. Understand the dynamics of an EP lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.
  4. Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high-stress environment.
  5. Maintain composure and problem-solving focus during stressful interactions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 40% overnight
  • Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardiac imaging
  • Technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and the business landscape
  • Advance-level computer skills
  • Ability to multitask without direct oversight

Nice to have

  • EP mapping experience
  • Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Cardiac Function & Interventional Technology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Informatics and/or Data Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Physics, Technical Design, or related fields.
