This role supports the Commercial Diagnostics organization, specifically Oncology Diagnostics sales focused on healthcare providers and systems. It involves strategic planning, sales force effectiveness, and driving growth opportunities within the precision medicine space, leveraging data and AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and proactive recommendations to optimize commercial execution.
  2. Manage strategic planning cycles, including annual goal setting, quarterly business reviews, and cross-team initiative alignment.
  3. Drive change management and adoption of new initiatives, tools, and processes across sales teams through effective communication and training programs.
  4. Identify, prioritize, and recommend strategic growth opportunities based on business performance trends, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
  5. Drive sales force effectiveness through sales enablement programs and resources

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, finance, economics or/and biological sciences (biology, biochemistry, etc.)
  • 3-5 years of post-graduate experience
  • Excel and PowerPoint (or google suite) savviness
  • Strong data manipulation and analysis skills
  • Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and systematic

Nice to have

  • MBA or related graduate degree
