As a Associate Consultant on our Professional Services team, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, high-impact team of problem solvers, builders, and connectors driving transformation across our customers’ revenue teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering customer outcomes by uncovering insights, managing projects, and helping tell the story behind the data. You will work within the framework of our implementation methodology facilitating multiple sessions and tasks with a focus on customer adoption & launch.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a consultant on multiple customer programs to a defined scope, schedule, and budget, using data to monitor progress and identify early signs of risk or opportunity.
- Support the discovery, design, strategy, and business and privacy workshops.
- Support discovery workshops to surface business requirements, uncover revenue process pain, and define the configuration and adoption approach for each engagement.
- Act as the trusted advisor to the customer, bringing industry knowledge, revenue domain expertise and best practice to every interaction — from executive sponsor to frontline manager to end-user.
- Synthesize complex data sets, identify trends, and surface actionable insights.
- Execute design workshops, mapping customer use cases to Gong platform workflows using data-driven approaches.
- Ensure program deliverables meet the highest quality standards
- Conduct and coordinate meetings onsite and remotely in alignment with Gong's Professional Services methodology
- Provide regular communications (verbal and written) to executive leadership, project teams, and customers.
- Ideate and develop new program deliverables that elevate the team process through measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in building reports, charts, pivot tables, and models; familiarity with Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools a plus.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-backed recommendations and narratives with Enterprise customers.
- Comfortable leading or contributing to customer meetings, where data is used to drive discussion, demonstrate value, and guide next steps.
- Exposure to metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking, ideally in a customer-facing or consulting environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functionally.

**The annual salary hiring range for this position is $77,000 - $90,000 USD. **
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
