This role focuses on content programming strategy and operations at Netflix, involving performance analysis, valuation, process improvements, and market research to inform content decisions and optimize the content offering. It is a rotational program for associates to gain experience across various content areas.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leading performance analysis of launched content, including audience deep dives and data analysis to inform future content decisions
  2. Preparing valuation analyses (model building, scenario testing) to support deal negotiations
  3. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency in content operations
  4. Providing support on programming strategy across our Film and Series slates
  5. Conducting market research and competitive trends analysis to identify opportunities for our content teams

Skills

Required

  • 2-3 years of work experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a similar quantitative/analytical role in a Media business
  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis (including modeling) and qualitative analysis and can drive to insight and results using data
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills with a track record of presenting complex analysis to executives/senior management clearly and concisely
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently, thrives in a fast-paced, always changing environment
  • Highly intellectually curious and has the courage to challenge the status quo and exhibits the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Excel / PowerPoint
