What you'd actually do

  1. Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of B2B commercial agreements with Netflix’s business development partners, independently for routine matters and under the supervision of another counsel for more complex or strategic deals.
  2. Support transactions involving membership bundles, device partnerships, and other distribution-related initiatives with telcos, consumer electronics companies, and other technology partners.
  3. Advise on legal issues arising from product integration with partners, partner marketing activities, and regulatory compliance matters, to ensure smooth and speedy execution of partnership initiatives.
  4. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to promote efficiency, consistency, and help enable faster and innovative deal-making as the business scales.
  5. Conduct legal research and contribute to knowledge management efforts related to ongoing and completed partnership transactions, including tracking deal structures, key risks, and evolving market practices.
