Visa is seeking a visionary Associate Creative Director, Copy with a strategic mindset and a proven track record of leading highly successful campaigns and teams. The role involves building a Center of Creative Excellence, leading by example in writing, pitching breakthrough ideas, building relationships with marketing executives, and consistently delivering best-in-class creative campaigns for the Visa brand and client marketing. The ideal candidate will influence and inspire teams globally, care deeply about all parts of the marketing funnel, and foster a culture of remarkable creativity. This is a hybrid position.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead by example by putting the craft into writing no matter what brief.
  2. Pitching ideas that are breakthrough in creativity, but still answering the strategic brief.
  3. Build and maintain key relationships with Marketing executives by demonstrating a deep understanding of campaign needs and a commitment to driving a creative excellence across all touchpoints.
  4. Consistently deliver best in class creative campaigns for the VISA brand and all Client Marketing.
  5. Consistently innovating and staying ahead of advertising trends and capabilities to ensure VISA is always a future forward brand.

Skills

Required

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree
