Associate Director, Cardiovascular Marketing at Merck in Mexico City, Mexico. Fluency in Spanish and business-level English are necessary. A relevant university degree is required, with an advanced degree or MBA preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Enlicitide in Mexico, informed by scientific data, market insights, and corporate objectives.
  2. Own the country-level product roadmap and prioritize initiatives across development, clinical alignment, regulatory engagement, launch readiness, market access, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
  3. Lead launch readiness and operational execution in Mexico, including cross-functional launch planning, development and management of promotional and support materials, medical-commercial training programs, event planning and execution, and coordination with local agencies and partners.
  4. Serves as the primary liaison between the country office, Global, and comparable markets, elevating the country strategy and operational needs into global decision-making forums. Applies insights and best practices from peer markets, and negotiates with Global and regional stakeholders to obtain appropriate resources and recognition for local projects
  5. Lead competitor and landscape analyses to identify unmet needs and differentiation opportunities in the Mexican market; translate insights into business development strategies and innovative partnership proposals to accelerate growth and expand market access.
