What you'd actually do

  1. Manages the strategic planning and the tactical execution in the design and delivery of project and program management policies and practices.
  2. Applies project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project and program scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
  3. Serves as primary contact for client and team queries and concerns.
  4. Devises programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  5. Develops evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree from top-ranked university
  • 10+ years of work experience in corporate strategy / management consulting with track records of outstanding performance and progression.
  • Management Consulting: strategy consulting at reputable global firm
  • Corporate: strategic planning, business development, strategic marketing, at Fortune 500 company (healthcare industry preferred)
  • Professional proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent Business English, with outstanding business writing skills
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese and spoken English

Nice to have

  • Overseas MBA or graduate-level degree preferred
  • Commercial experiences / expertise in specific domains are pluses.
