Associate Director - Digital Policy Management role at RTX, an Aerospace and Defense company. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead development of long-term digital policy management strategy on behalf of the Director - Digital Governance, develop and execute mid- and short-term strategies in support of demonstrating compliance for global Defense, Commercial, and international business pursuits for RTX, Pratt Whitney, Collins Aerospace and Raytheon.
  2. Establish operational plans, standards and goals in support of the RTX global business strategy to meet commitments to customer requirements and Federal and international regulations.
  3. Lead geographically distributed team of digital policy management professionals who manage digital policies, standards and guidelines with responsibility for talent acquisition, retention, employee career and development in collaboration with HR partners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation while inspiring to embrace RTX’s core values
  4. Design, implement, and maintain an effective and efficient digital policy management lifecycle that aligns with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements to cover all unclassified domains, acquisitions, subsidiaries, and product lines of business.
  5. Define and maintain all RTX digital policies, technical standards, and work processes that ensure compliance with all required federal, state, industry and international laws and regulations though its directives.

Skills

Required

  • University Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
  • 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of relevant experience

  • Broad and substantive knowledge of industry, global laws and regulations governing businesses
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital policies in large, complex organizations, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense or Financial Services industries
