What you'd actually do

  1. Managing and supporting the development and growth of a dynamic team of EHS professionals to optimize EHS programs and centralized compliance program implementation.
  2. Leading EHS transformation efforts.
  3. Developing EHS strategies, reviewing risk assessments, and developing team member targets for business operations’ compliance and oversight.
  4. Overseeing the development and communication of EHS programs designed to assist the business in implementing consistent and standard EHS practices that comply with Federal, State, and local environmental regulations associated with wired and wireless telecommunications operations.
  5. Leading auditing and inspection initiatives that monitor EHS and business unit performance, conduct trend analyses, and implement improvements to EHS programs and supporting functions to enhance EHS performance. Monitoring and reporting corrective action closure, ensuring that timely, compliant, and sustainable solutions are implemented to prevent recurrence.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required
  • Experience with compliance and regulations
  • Experience with Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
