This role focuses on accelerating innovation execution within Lilly Value & Access (LVA) by improving consumer experience, business model innovation, and the data/technology foundation. It involves seeking external solutions and internal process improvements through AI and other technologies, piloting initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The goal is to grow direct business, accelerate learning, enable data-driven decisions, and embed a consumer-centric mindset.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with LVA stakeholders to understand internal challenges, identify opportunities to drive efficiencies via AI integration or other mechanisms, and facilitate collaboration with Tech@Lilly to implement key AI initiatives
  2. Champion a learn it all mindset to drive effective and compliant AI adoption across LVA to improve internal processes
  3. The role of the Associate Director – LVA Strategy and Innovation is to accelerate innovation execution across LVA’s priority capabilities of consumer experience, business model innovation, and improving its data and technology foundation.
  4. This individual must maintain both a heavy internal and external focus – seeking out new solutions to evolving consumer and stakeholder challenges in alignment with brand priorities, while finding ways to improve LVAs internal processes through AI and other technological efficiencies.
  5. This position will also play an agile role on the team, flexing to support Strategy and Innovation initiatives across pillars as needed based on business need.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of Marketing, PRA, Finance, Data Analytics or Pharma industry experiences, or MBA with 1 years experience, or Advanced doctoral degree (e.g., PharmD, M.D., Ph.D.)
