Associate Director, M&A Program Management role at RTX, focusing on leading the Digital Technology side of Portfolio Shaping activities within the aerospace and defense industry. What you'd actually do

  1. Overall lead for Collins Digital Portfolio Shaping programs with leading teams comprised of Collins indirect reporting consisting of Collins DT leads/teams, RTX Enterprise Services and consulting support.
  2. Manage and drive our consulting relationship with our consulting partners on the support of the Collins DT Portfolio Shaping activities.
  3. Represent Collins DT on the cross functional business team executing the Portfolio Shaping effort.
  4. Drive program execution to the expectations of the Collins Management System; including implementation of management decision gates to validate project goals, scope, budget, schedule, and to ensure effective program implementation.
  5. Ensure effective execution for the overall program. Drive processes and meeting cadences for scope management, risk and opportunity management, financial reporting, technical reviews, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications across the program.

Skills

Required

  • University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Demonstrated history of success in multiple positions of increasing scope and responsibility, with a significant duration of experience and expertise spanning qualifications of this role
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel, passport is required.
