Associate Director - Media and Advertising

Associate Director of Media & Advertising responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising and campaign operations across consumer-facing digital properties. This role serves as the business lead for AT&T’s strategic partnership with Yahoo, owning joint monetization plans and ad stack performance. The position will lead advertising operations and reporting & analytics with a focus on improving average revenue per user, increasing user engagement, and driving advertising demand stability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and develop a team of advertising and product experts, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
  2. Act as the primary business lead and counterpart to Yahoo for Currently, managing the collaborative advertising and operational roadmap across Currently.com, AT&T’s portal and email experiences, and ATT.com.
  3. Own advertising monetization strategy and campaign execution across AT&T’s digital properties, with a focus on increasing ARPU, user engagement, and revenue contribution from digital media.
  4. Develop and manage an ongoing pipeline of campaign and advertising initiatives in collaboration with Yahoo, including new ad product testing, performance optimization, and operational improvements.
  5. Oversee site performance reporting, user engagement trends, campaign analytics, and yield analysis to evaluate advertising effectiveness, identify UX and performance concerns, and adjust levers in real-time.
