  1. Build and lead the necessary manufacturing organization within a platform, business processes and initiative success criteria that together ensure the smooth and timely transition of new products from feasibility into stable production.
  2. Lead and mentor on areas of engineering expertise; be an agent of change, constantly moving the organization towards improvements in technical skills, systems knowledge, rigorous problem solving and disciplined project execution.
  3. Leverage technical expertise and broad organization influence to build Design for Manufacturability (DFM) capability, with special focus on influencing the broader business during the product design stage.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and key opinion leaders.
  5. Develop and manage timelines and resource allocation plans for the NPI Platform organization.
