Associate Director Product Manager responsible for the full lifecycle of large, complex, and novel products, driving long-term strategy and influencing leadership. This role requires deep product expertise, critical thinking, and strong execution in a product management capacity.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end customer and business experience for a large and complex product that contributes to Chewy’s long-term strategy
  2. Develop and lead the product strategy (e.g., 3-year plan) for your area of ownership, aligning with broader portfolio goals and company priorities
  3. Define and champion customer-centric solutions by synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights; anticipate needs not readily visible in data
  4. Build and apply customized prioritization frameworks, identify and mitigate product risks, and manage interdependencies and critical paths across teams
  5. Develop high-impact product documents (e.g., PRFAQs) for complex products that clearly articulate vision, value, and success metrics; presenting confidently to SLT

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of product management experience
