Associate Director, Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for staffing, training, and leading the PMO to manage the site project portfolio, including implementation of project governance tools. Coaches and develops project management fundamentals, establishes project management guidelines and processes, and ensures projects align with manufacturing and quality goals. Ensures projects adhere to industry regulations (FDA, EMA, GxP).

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a team of project managers including contractors/consultants as needed.
  2. Mentor Functional Leads & SMEs and support training initiatives on project management best practices within LKC
  3. Contribute to the development of long-range planning and resource forecasting
  4. Assigns project managers to projects ensuring proper resource allocation / balancing to ensure delivery in line with scope, timeline, and cost (as applicable)
  5. Implement and maintain project management methodologies and tools
