What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and operationalize launch execution plan for the sales organization - including, strategic objectives and KPIs, development of training plans and resources (including sampling), and development and monitoring of key insights
  2. Stand up and drive launch readiness of field sales for insight gathering and product launch
  3. Responsible for all launch sales meeting planning and execution - coordinating with brand team, operations, and sales
  4. Partner with L&D to develop training plan and execution
  5. Drive alignment between brand strategy and the field sales team to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support needs of customers and to ensure executional excellence

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or 4 years of combined strategic U.S. Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing or U.S. Field Sales experience
  • Ophthalmology experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience contributing as a team member in brand or sales-specific projects and initiatives
  • Proven ability to drive sales execution and deliver on KPIs
  • Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional leadership teams
