Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing for Metastatic Lung Cancer HCP Strategy responsible for shaping and executing growth-driving initiatives, refining marketing strategy, and operationalizing plans across cross-functional partners. This role focuses on HCP strategy, promotional plans, and measuring commercial ROI within the pharmaceutical industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and refine the HCP lung strategy across customer segments to maximize commercial performance of the lung portfolio and align field and non-field tactics with business priorities.
  2. Translate customer segmentation insights into targeted personal and non-personal promotional plans that positively impact the business.
  3. Lead cross-functional workstreams to monitor business performance, diagnose growth opportunities, and execute data-driven plans in partnership with digital analytics, competitive intelligence, and market research.
  4. Serve as a decisive project lead: define clear goals and success metrics, prioritize initiatives, manage complex timelines and resources, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues to preserve momentum and deliverables.
  5. Direct the end-to-end development and execution of HCP promotional materials — including digital channels and omnichannel tactics — ensuring scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and commercial effectiveness.
