Associate Engineer role focused on creating, implementing, and improving engineering designs, processes, and machinery for manufacturing. Responsibilities include resolving design issues, participating in the adoption of new technologies like automation and robotics, planning engineering procedures, and collaborating with functional areas to meet customer requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Creating new designs and resolves issues regarding the manufacturing or building sequences. Ensuring design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
  2. Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement.
  3. Planning and improving engineering procedures and operations to make the product or process more reliable, efficient and cost-effective.
  4. Collaborating with all functional areas, (marketing, purchasing, manufacturing) to provide a design solution that meets the requirements of the customer and dealer network.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in design.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts.
