Associate/experienced Customer Support Specialist

What you'd actually do

  1. Creates, maintains and advances customer relationships, develops an understanding of customer culture and business strategies.
  2. Interacts with customers and internal partners through face to face/ virtual meetings, phone calls, emails and other media.
  3. Responsible for customer account health and providing world class customer support.
  4. Collaborate with customers to determine specific needs and recommend potential solutions and involves internal partners as needed.
  5. Develops, prepares and delivers presentations to customers and internal organizations.

Skills

Required

  • 2 or more years of related work experience
  • 1+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to work and collaborate cross functionally across multiple organizations
  • Ability for minimal travel domestically and internationally

Nice to have
