The Associate Facilitator leads night shift manufacturing operations and plays a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality products that meet customer needs. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on production performance, team development, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and support night shift manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, customer requirements, and operational targets.
  2. Supervise, coach, and develop manufacturing associates to achieve safety, quality, and performance expectations.
  3. Foster a respectful, team-oriented environment aligned with the Johnson & Johnson Credo, with a focus on engagement, accountability, and inclusion.
  4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, Six Sigma, World-Class Manufacturing, and process excellence tools.
  5. Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, internal quality systems, and Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

Skills

Required

  • 2 years of manufacturing experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Experience working in manufacturing operations
  • Working knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, internal quality systems, and Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
  • Understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems, electronic documentation, and data management tools
  • Overtime required based on business needs
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and meet physical job requirements
  • Must be able to work a 12-hour overnight schedule

Nice to have

  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience operating, troubleshooting, or supporting manufacturing equipment
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance, calibration systems, and equipment reliability practices
  • Familiarity with industrial controls
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience using systems such as Compliance Wire, ADAPTIV, or similar training and document management platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
  • Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and operational excellence
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
