Associate Facilities Analyst role at Boeing supporting Facilities Maintenance. What you'd actually do

  1. Generates plans, acquires materials, and schedules services for facilities activities
  2. Communicates with internal and external suppliers and customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities
  3. May research open jobs and validate and confirm availability of labor and non-labor resources (e.g., tools, parts) and assets (e.g., machinery, building, equipment) in order to meet customer service requests, government requirements (e.g., environment, safety), and planned maintenance activities
  4. Participates in and supports elements of project
  5. Completes assigned projects

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of experience in Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • 1+ years of experience with data analytics
  • 1+ years of experience with data visualization
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience with Project Management
  • Experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies
  • Experience with root cause corrective analysis (RCCA)
