Associate Field Service Engineer

Develop customer-centric service and repair strategies for medical capital equipment, shape a robust framework for service excellence, and provide foundational service and repair engineering and technical support to customers and stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate closely with commercial team, shape a segmented service & contract strategy for MTHK capitals, including but not limited to GEN11, Megadyne, Monarch, Dualto and Carto Capital
  2. Understand customer unmet needs, eventually look into profitability & cost structure, risk and opportunities of JJMT servicing to define the right value proposition, pricing, contracting strategies and structure to support BUs’ growth.
  3. Shape a communication with global, regional & local counterparts to develop service engineering plans and process that suits a local requirement and franchise’s need.
  4. Compile and manage budgets related to maintenance activities, exercising effective controls to optimize resource allocation and various capitals utilization.
  5. Supervise daily engineering/service processes, including installation, software upgrade, preventive maintenance, repair, technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of energy and new-business capitals.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field
  • 2 years’ experience in a service environment working with customers to resolve problems related to capital equipment including medical diagnostic equipment and surgical robotic equipment or related
