What you'd actually do

  1. Prepare quantitative analyses (model building, scenario testing, forecasting) to support portfolio performance tracking and strategy
  2. Develop strategies to scale the business globally
  3. Conduct market research and competitive trends analyses and summarize them for a senior executive-level audience
  4. Shape the design of new performance metrics, support the evolution of existing ones, and maintain the broader valuation ecosystem as Netflix expands its games offering
  5. Spearhead format and adoption of automation and self-serving analytics tooling in partnership with our Data Science & Engineering team

Skills

Required

  • 2-5 years of experience in a highly analytical role
  • Experience conducting quantitative analyses (including modeling) and qualitative analyses
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Highly intellectually curious
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Excel / PowerPoint
