This role is for an Associate General Counsel focused on commercial transactions within the digital advertising and CTV space, specifically involving advertising agreements, license agreements, and distribution agreements for a new streaming TV operating system. The role requires extensive experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, collaborating cross-functionally, and advising on legal issues related to technology, intellectual property, data security, and privacy law.

What you'd actually do

  1. Structure, draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including advertising agreements, license agreements, agreements relating to first impression global strategic initiatives, and CTV distribution agreements for the new Ventura streaming TV operating system.
  2. Work closely with the team building the Ventura streaming TV operating system to develop and bring to market cutting-edge technology and the world’s best content in a unique streaming TV OS that unlocks value for consumers, advertisers, publishers, and OEMs.
  3. Negotiate deals with the largest advertising agencies and brands in the world.
  4. Collaborate with key leaders on our Ventura, business development, client services, and finance teams to advise on complex legal matters and develop creative solutions to contribute to the overall success of the company.
  5. Continually improve our legal commercial processes to help us scale globally with a consistent but locally relevant approach and to help the company to move quickly and thoughtfully.
