What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure implementation and ongoing maintenance of personnel qualification requirements (learning plan management and periodic review) in assigned business areas/functions.
  2. Analyze periodic review needs of learning solutions and coordinate on-time review by course owners/subject matter experts; raise issues as appropriate.
  3. Support and influence the creation, revision, and implementation of training and related documents, ensuring compliance with corporate and local policies.
  4. Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of learning interventions, sharing insights for continuous improvement.
  5. Lead or participate in projects focused on optimizing workflows and automating routine administrative tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years experience in a GxP-regulated environment
  • 3+ years experience with L&D business processes and related systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, QualityDocs)

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in site manufacturing processes with a focus on regulated environments
