What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate strategic workstreams by maintaining project plans, milestones, action logs, decision trackers, and governance routines.
  2. Monitor deliverables and drive timely follow-up with stakeholders to support successful execution of priorities.
  3. Produce regular status reports and dashboards, highlighting risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
  4. Support the planning and implementation of strategic policy and regulatory initiatives across the region.
  5. Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities by maintaining engagement plans, tracking outcomes, and supporting follow-up actions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Law, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting policy operations, government relations, regulatory affairs, public affairs, program management, or a related function.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously in a complex environment.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials.
  • Experience producing reports, meeting materials, trackers, and governance documentation.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage sensitive or confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify risks, dependencies, and required actions.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of policy and regulatory environments or the ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
