Seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Manufacturing and Operations HR Organization. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering leaders on HR strategies, managing HR projects, driving talent and performance management, and acting as an advisor on employee relations and culture. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of HR experience for the HRBP level. Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance is necessary.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs (e.g., succession planning, workforce development, compensation, and EEO) that align with business goals.
  2. Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion, driving organizational change and process improvements.
  3. Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives to build bench strength and enhance employee retention.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  5. Work closely with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COE’s) including compensation, employee relations, legal, and organization effectiveness to deliver seamless HR solutions across the organization.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
  • 2 years of Human Resources experience (for HRBP level)

  • Strong technical competence across one or more HR disciplines: Leadership Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations
  • Demonstrated experience in prioritizing the workday, balancing multiple projects, and working across multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Workday
