Associate HR Services Emea (6 Months Fixed Term)

This role is responsible for executing transactional HR activities related to the Colleague Life Cycle, excluding recruitment. It involves processing changes, administering leave, supporting benefits and compensation, HR reporting, and internal controls. The role also focuses on process improvement and service enhancement, supporting colleagues with inquiries, liaising with other teams, and running reports. A basic qualification is at least 1 year of experience in HR Shared Services or a similar customer service environment, with strong attention to detail and customer focus. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of AI and automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate, experience with HR systems like Workday or Service Now, and familiarity with payroll software.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Administration or Human Resources or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience, preferably in a HR Shared Services/HR Operations/centralized customer service environment
  • Organizes own work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and adapts well to shifting priorities.
  • Strong customer focus mindset and cross-cultural agility.
  • Experience working with a case management tool.
  • Demonstrates clear ownership of assigned responsibilities and operates independently, while appropriately identifying situations that require escalation.
  • Displays a result driven attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken & written) with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of AI and automation tools (such as Microsoft Power Automate)
  • Experience working with Workday or Service Now or comparable Human Capital Management system and MS Office (Excel & Word)
  • Familiarity with payroll and/or Time & Attendance software (e.g. ADP, Workday etc.)
  • Ability to speak multiple (additional) languages is a plus
