What you'd actually do

  1. Supply Chain Project Planning: Provide operational and project support for the business responsibilities of the Site Supply Chain Group, including product forecasting and planning, inventory control, purchasing, customer support, etc.
  2. Special Projects - Focus on specific project workload that may be selected and given by local Management. Use individual initiative to deliver analysis, propose solutions, and work with a variety of departments to develop and deliver solutions.
  3. Corporate and Strategic Initiatives- Provide support for specific manufacturing and strategic initiatives. Examples of such initiatives are IT systems updates, manufacturing sourcing changes, long range planning, etc.
  4. Procedures and Process Development - Assist with the development and implementation of new and revised processes and procedures as required.
  5. Business Analysis - Provide analysis of specific operational or business processes as identified by management.

Skills

Required

  • Undergraduate degree or higher
  • Understanding and appreciation of GMP requirements
  • Previous experience with change management systems in a regulated environment
  • Understanding of various elements required to analyze, develop and deliver solutions to business problems
  • Ability to create project plans, monitor schedules, and manage implementation of projects as necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate ideas for new projects and new processes effectively
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice to have

  • Previous experience writing, coordinating, presenting and managing complex projects with multiple deliverables
  • Experience within change management systems
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution operations
  • Understanding of how the follow processes and system requirements which impact Supply Chain projects: Commissioning / Qualification / Validation of equipment, Warehouse Operations awareness, development of printed and non-printed packaging components, experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP
  • High level of proficiency with most/all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with introducing existing products into new markets and launching new products to new markets
