This role is for an Associate Implementation Consultant at Snyk, a company focused on secure AI software development. The role involves guiding customers in integrating Snyk's AI-native Developer Security Platform into their workflows, ensuring they achieve long-term success and scale their security programs. The consultant will support project delivery, learn to architect workflows, collaborate with various teams, develop technical proficiency across Snyk's product line (including AI-Security), and assist in customer engagements. The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of experience in technical consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role, foundational knowledge of SDLC and DevOps, and a strong desire to learn and solve problems. Experience with AI/LLMs is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support project delivery from kick-off to closure for customer implementations under the supervision of senior team members.
  2. Learn to architect workflows by understanding the basics of a customer's environment and how Snyk products integrate into their SDLC.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve processes and drive customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop technical proficiency across Snyk’s product line, including OS, Code, IaC, Containers, API & Web, and AI-Security.
  5. Maintain project visibility by ensuring activity tracking and tasks are updated to keep all internal stakeholders informed of account health.

Skills

Required

  • 0–3 years of experience in technical consulting, SaaS implementation, or a customer-facing technical role.
  • Foundational knowledge of SDLC, DevOps methodologies, and a curiosity about how security fits into the developer workflow.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in client and project management, with the ability to facilitate hands-on technical work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to learn how to articulate complex technical issues to different personas.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to navigate organizations while setting appropriate expectations with customers.
  • Curiosity and initiative, with a strong bias for action and a desire to solve complex problems within a team environment.

Nice to have

  • Have a degree in Computer Science or hands-on experience with basic programming and modern tech stacks.
  • Speak Spanish.
  • Show an interest in AI/LLMs and how they are transforming secure software development.
  • Are comfortable building presentations that keep a room engaged and "awake."
